EASY PEASY PASTA FOR ALL
We are calling this one easy peasy, cause the peas stay, but we level up on ingredients. Make the simple toddler friendly one or go for the student version. Really wanna go wild, cook up the deluxe adult version. We don’t lie when we say, we share endless pastabilities.
Ingredients
TODDLER FRIENDLY
- 20 gr VeggiPasta spinach campanelle
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp pasta water
- handful peas
- Parmesan cheese
KIDS version, double up on the ingredients
- 40 gr VeggiPasta spinach campanelle
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp pasta water
- handful peas
- Parmesan cheese
STUDENT version
- 80 gr VeggiPasta spinach campanelle
- 1/4 package Boursin
- 2 tbsp pasta water
- handful peas
- Parmesan cheese
ADULT, deluxe version
- 80 gr VeggiPasta spinach campanelle
- 1/4 package boursin
- 2 tbsp pasta water
- handful peas
- 50 gr smoked salmon
Instructions
- LETS GET COOKING - TODLER VERSIONCook green peas. Drain and set aside.Boil the VeggiPasta according to instructions, drain and set aside.Keep some of the pasta water.Put back in the pan and mix with the sour cream and 1 tbsp of pasta water.Plate the pasta, put peas on top and grate the Parmesan cheese to your mini’s liking.*The other versions are variations of the one above. Not complicated at all, just replace the ingredients and the amounts and your good to go.
