Being two fathers with families rooted in The Netherlands and South America, Walter and
Pieter share a deep rooted passion for good and healthy food and all the joy of eating with their families.
They believe we all should strive for a better food system that supports our families worldwide. They are definitely those guys who say “the glass is half full”. Nonetheless, they share a vision to end foodwaste while innovating taste.
Offer families a diverse set of vegetables shaped as new functional foods, bringing families closer to nature and close the food loop with the farmer
Yes, we have all these challenges, 10 billion people in 2050, agricultural lands will be under high pressure, farmers can no longer feed the world or cultivate a variety of crops because of the degraded lands and families who have the challenge to stay healthy. But we also believe we need to fuel the next generation of families that can drive innovation so we can solve these challenges. We can only solve these challenges if we in invest in better food.
Till 2050, we only have 29 harvests left to change the food system forever.
It’s our aim to create more fun at the table with engaging new products. To extend the veggie lifetime, by creating the most nutritious food concepts from what mother nature has to offer, and use it wholy, even the ugly ones. And whilst doing this, improve the health of the families of the future
